Before You Submit Artwork

To help prevent production delays, please review the artwork requirements before uploading your files. Your final artwork should generally include: 

  • Correct backdrop size and template 
  • Print-ready layout at the required scale 
  • Proper bleed and safe area 
  • High-resolution images 
  • CMYK color setup, unless otherwise instructed 
  • Outlined fonts or packaged font files 
  • Embedded or included linked images 
  • Clear file naming with your company name, project name, and backdrop size 

For best results, always start with the correct template for your exact backdrop size and style.

Common Backdrop File Requirements

Most custom backdrop artwork should be prepared using professional design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or Adobe Photoshop. Accepted file types may include: 

  • Print-ready PDF 
  • Adobe Illustrator file 
  • Adobe Photoshop file 
  • High-resolution TIFF 
  • High-resolution JPEG, if approved for your project 

Please avoid submitting low-resolution screenshots, presentation slides, web graphics, or flattened files that cannot be properly checked for production.

Artwork Submission Checklist

Before sending your final file, confirm the following: 

  1. You used the correct backdrop template. 
  2. The artwork matches the ordered backdrop size. 
  3. Important logos, text, and faces are inside the safe area. 
  4. Images are high resolution. 
  5. Colors are set up for print. 
  6. Fonts are outlined or included. 
  7. Linked files are embedded or packaged. 
  8. The file name clearly identifies the project and backdrop size. 
  9. You reviewed the artwork at full size or production scale. 10. You are submitting the final approved version. Following these steps helps keep your project moving smoothly through proofing and production.
